No Show Appointment Policy
We pride ourselves on trying to be available to our patients... please help us by arriving on time for all appoinments. If you are unable to arrive at your scheduled time then let us know as soon as possible so those appointments can be made available to another family.
Effective November 1, 2015, any appointment that is not cancelled within adequate time prior to the appointment time will be considered a No-Show. It is important to note that this includes arriving after your scheduled appointment time. We will make our best effort to reschedule you on the same day with the next available provider, but the appointment missed may still be documented as a No-show. If a patient No-Shows 3 appointments in a calendar year they will be discharged from the practice. We want to provide the best and most timely care possible to all of our patients. When an appointment is not cancelled ahead of time, no one can be worked in. Thank you for doing your part to ensure that other patients that need to be treated can be seen!
