How to Make:
To make each one of these dressing, put all the ingredients into the blender, and blend until smooth. Drizzle over your salad and enjoy immediately. You can put each of these dressings into separate jars with tight fitting lids. Remove from the fridge 10 to 15 minutes before using. Shake well and serve. They will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Tahini Garlic Dressing
4 cloves garlic, peeled
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ cup tahini
2 lemons, juice of
3 tablespoons water

Avocado Cilantro Dressing
½ ripe avocado
¾ cup packed fresh cilantro
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 green onions, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon local honey
½ teaspoon sea salt

Ginger Sesame Dressing
¼ cup toasted sesame oil
¼ cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1x 2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and minced
2 green onions, roughly chopped
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
