Try this easy to make nutritious breakfast and let's look forward to those beautiful long hot days lounging by the pool this summer.

Sunshine Pineapple Breakfast Bowl
Serves 4

Ingredients:
1x 16oz packet frozen pineapple pieces (if you want use your favorite fruit, such as mango or strawberry, add a banana to make it more creamy if you like, it's all healthy)
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup granola
2 cups fresh fruit
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ teaspoon ground turmeric

How to make:
Place the pineapple pieces, coconut milk into a blender and blend until smooth, divide the puree between four bowls, scatter over the granola and fruit, add a dollop of yogurt and a light dusting of ground turmeric. Serve.
