One large romaine lettuce leaf - washed and dried
One Avocado cored and cubed
One half red pepper cored and diced
Fresh dill - chopped
Extra virgin olive oil
Place leaf curved side up on a plate. Lay avocado and peppers on leaf. Sprinkle with dill and caraway seeds. (I like a lot of dill). Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Lightly dust with garlic salt.
