This is one of my recent favorite dishes. I had the other day again visiting my son at college at a local Indian restaurant. So gooood.

Nutritious with excellent fiber volumes, sulphur, anti inflammatory spices and other micronutrients. Serve it over a bed of wilted spinach to give it extra punch!
